Getting started
Getting started takes about five minutes: sign in with your email and access token, create a campaign with the wizard, generate a first batch of voucher codes, then share the QR. The dashboard keeps score of everything from there.
1. Sign in
Go to the sign-in page and enter your email plus your access token. Save the token somewhere safe — it is what unlocks your account, and we never email it to you. If you turned on two-factor authentication, a 6-digit code from your authenticator app works on its own.
2. Create your first campaign
The wizard asks for three things: your campaign details (offer, dates, store name), the rules (uses per code, terms, staff verification code), and the codes themselves. Choose how many codes you need — the default is 10 — and the wizard creates them.
3. Understand the dashboard
Your dashboard shows the campaign, live stats (issued, redeemed, expired) and your plan usage. From there the quick cards take you to View & Share QR for the codes, Scan & Redeem for staff, and Reports for the full list and CSV export.
Common questions
What do I need to sign in?
Your email and the access token you were given when you created your first campaign. If you enabled two-factor authentication, the 6-digit code from your authenticator app can sign you in on its own.
How many codes should I generate?
Start with 10 — the wizard's default. The dashboard shows how many of your plan's vouchers are used, so you can add more later without guessing.
What is the staff verification code?
A short code you set per campaign that staff type before a voucher can be redeemed. It stops a customer redeeming their own voucher from the shared link.
