What counts as a redemption?
Each time a staff member successfully scans and validates a customer's QR voucher, that counts as one redemption. Failed scans (invalid, expired, duplicate) do not count.
What happens when I reach my limit?
Once you hit your plan's redemption limit, new redemptions will be paused until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes apply immediately with a prorated charge.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Paddle. VAT/GST calculated at checkout. Your bank statement shows PADDLE.NET* QREDEEM, and Paddle emails your receipt.
