QRedeem turns promotions into QR vouchers in four steps: create a campaign, share voucher links with customers, staff scan the QR at checkout, and you track redemptions live. No app installs, no paper, no double-spending.

Create your campaign
Set your offer ("10% off your next visit"), pick start and end dates, and generate voucher codes — one per customer. Each code gets its own QR automatically.

Share the vouchers
Send each customer their unique voucher link via WhatsApp, email, or print the QR on receipts and flyers. Customers open it in any browser — no app, no account.
Step 3
Scan and redeem
The customer shows the QR at your store. Your staff opens the scanner, points any phone camera at the code, enters the staff verification code, and taps Redeem. The voucher locks instantly across all devices — it can never be used twice.
Step 4
Track everything
The Reports tab shows every voucher, its status, and redemption times. Download CSV for your records. Your dashboard shows live plan usage so you always know where you stand.

Do my customers need to install an app?
No. Customers open their voucher link in any browser — no app install, no account, no sign-up. Your staff also needs no special app: any phone camera that can read QR codes works, or they can type the voucher code manually.
Can a voucher be used twice?
No. The moment a voucher is redeemed it is locked across all devices instantly, so it cannot be scanned or used again — even if the customer screenshots the QR code.
Can I pause a campaign?
Yes. Pausing stops new redemptions immediately; issued vouchers cannot be redeemed while the campaign is paused. Resume anytime — vouchers become redeemable again instantly.
