QR vouchers for restaurants

QRedeem lets a restaurant put a unique QR code on a table card, a receipt or a WhatsApp message, then track exactly which offer a customer redeemed — so a lunch set, a happy-hour deal or a weekday special becomes measurable instead of a paper coupon you can only guess about.

Why paper coupons fail for restaurants

You print 500 flyers and you know they left the counter — you never know how many came back. Paper coupons can be photocopied, reused across visits, and given to friends, and nobody writes down which promotion a table actually used. The result is you keep paying for the offer without knowing which one worked.

How it works in a restaurant

Create a campaign for the offer, set its start and end, and generate one voucher per customer. Send the link on WhatsApp, put the QR on the table card, or print it on the receipt. The customer opens it in a browser — no app, no account. At the counter your staff scans the code with any phone camera, enters your staff verification code, and the voucher locks instantly so it cannot be used again that night or next week.

Example: a weekend dim-sum offer

A campaign called “Weekend dim sum — 15% off” runs Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 to 15:00, with 100 vouchers. Staff scan as usual; on Monday the Reports tab shows 46 of 100 redeemed, with the times, so you know whether to repeat it next weekend or change the offer.

Common questions

Can staff redeem a voucher without an app?

Yes. Any phone camera reads the QR, and the staff verification code you set per campaign is typed before redeeming.

What stops a customer reusing a lunch offer?

Each voucher locks the moment it is redeemed, across every device — a screenshot cannot be used twice.

Can I run a different offer per day of the week?

Yes. Each campaign has its own start and expiry, so a weekday lunch set and a Saturday dinner offer stay separate, with separate codes and reports.
