Digital vouchers for retail stores
QRedeem replaces printed coupons with digital vouchers: you create a campaign, send each customer a unique QR voucher on WhatsApp or by link, and staff redeem it at the till with any phone camera. Every voucher locks after one use, every campaign reports its own redemption numbers, and an expiry date does the urgency for you.
From paper to QR
Printed coupons cost money to design, print and distribute, and you never learn how many came back. A QR voucher costs nothing to reproduce and cannot be photocopied into a second use — each code exists once and locks the moment it is redeemed.
Running a limited-time offer
Set a start and expiry on the campaign — a weekend only, a payday week, a clear-out before new stock lands. Vouchers show as expired automatically once the window closes, so nobody argues about honouring a stale offer.
Measuring what worked
Every campaign keeps its own numbers: vouchers issued, redeemed and expired, with the time of each redemption. Download the CSV for your own records, and compare a WhatsApp broadcast against a shelf talker by running them as separate campaigns.
Common questions
Do I need to reprint anything to change an offer?
No. The offer, dates and stock live in the campaign — change them there and new vouchers carry the new terms, with no reprint.
How do I send vouchers to existing customers?
Send the unique voucher link by WhatsApp, email or your broadcast list. Customers open it in any browser — no app, no account, no download.
How do I know which campaign worked?
Each campaign reports its own issued, redeemed and expired counts, so a Black Friday offer is never mixed with a mid-week clearance.
