A paper referral card can be photocopied. A QR voucher cannot: each one is a unique code that locks the instant it is redeemed, so “bring a friend, both get $50 off” can only be claimed once per person — and you can see exactly how many referrals turned into visits.

The client shows the QR from their phone. Your therapist opens the scanner in your campaign, points any phone camera at it, types the staff verification code you set, and taps Redeem. Can a referral voucher be shared or copied?
No. Each voucher has its own code and locks the moment it is redeemed, so forwarding the link does not give the friend a second use.
Do customers need an account to redeem?
No. They open the voucher link in a browser — no sign-up, no app. Your staff scans it at the counter and enters the staff verification code.
Can I set an expiry so people come back this month?
Yes. Every campaign has a start and expiry date, so a rebooking offer can end on a set date and expired vouchers stop working automatically.
