Sharing vouchers

Every voucher has its own link and QR code, so sharing is a normal message: send it on WhatsApp or email, copy the link, or print the QR for a table card or a receipt. The customer opens it in any browser — no app, no account, no download.

WhatsApp and email

Open View & Share QR on your campaign. WhatsApp opens with a ready-made message — the offer, the code and the redemption link — and Copy link puts the URL on your clipboard for an email or any other chat app.

Printing the QR

Use Print from the same screen. Print only the vouchers you are handing out: each code is single-use, so a stack of printed QRs is a stack of single-use offers, not a stack of photocopies.

Resending a lost voucher

If a customer loses the link, find their code in View & Share QR and send it again. Nothing changes about the voucher itself — the same code, the same expiry, the same single-use lock.

Common questions

Can I print the QR code?

Yes. Open View & Share QR on your campaign and use Print — each voucher has its own code, so print only the ones you intend to give out.

The customer lost their voucher — what now?

Open View & Share QR, find their code and send them the link again on WhatsApp or email. The voucher stays locked after its first redemption either way.

Does WhatsApp preview show the offer?

The shared message is plain text: the offer, the code and the redemption link. It stays readable even where image previews are blocked.
